The fermentation by alcohol solubilizes, withdraws and concentrates the fruit, vegetable or herbal ingredients. The claim that extra inositol is required to produce optimal anti-cancer effects is not born out by scientific evidence. Researchers at Seoul National University in Korea compared IP6 (which contains inositol), IP6 plus extra inositol and inositol only in animals given chemicals to intentionally produce liver cancer. IP6 or inositol produced similar results, reducing size and number of tumors by more than 50%, while IP6 plus extra inositol offered no significant additional benefit. | The testing has become an unavoidable step at the transit depots of U.S. agriculture.
